About the Role

As an L1 Engineer at our Vashi office, you'll be the first line of customer-facing technical support — handling configuration queries, deployment assistance, and incident triage across the GajShield Data Security Firewall product line. You'll work directly with customers, partners, and our internal L2/L3 teams to resolve issues quickly and learn the depth of NGFW technology.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer support queries via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Diagnose and resolve firewall configuration, connectivity, and policy issues
  • Guide customers through deployment, licensing, and basic troubleshooting
  • Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 engineering with clear documentation
  • Maintain detailed case notes and contribute to the knowledge base
  • Participate in scheduled on-call rotations as needed

Requirements

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics
  • 0–2 years of experience in network or system administration
  • Foundational knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, NAT, VPN concepts
  • Familiarity with Linux command line and basic shell scripting
  • Understanding of firewalls, IPS/IDS, or related security products is a plus

About the Role

Join our product engineering team to build and maintain the Python tooling, automation, and management interfaces that power the GajShield platform. You'll work on internal tools, customer-facing dashboards, and integrations with the firewall's C engine. Ideal for early-career developers who want to learn networking, security, and production system development simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Python services for firewall management and automation
  • Write clean, well-documented, testable code
  • Build integrations between the management plane and the data plane
  • Debug production issues and contribute fixes

Requirements

About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles
  • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus channels

About the Role

Drive GajShield's revenue growth in Delhi and the surrounding NCR market. You'll own a sales target for the region — building and managing a partner network, closing direct enterprise opportunities, and growing existing customer accounts. Suited to someone who already has cybersecurity or networking sales experience and wants to lead a region.

Responsibilities

  • Own quarterly and annual sales targets for the Delhi region
  • Develop and execute a regional go-to-market plan
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners in the region
  • Build pipeline through direct outreach, partner-led leads, and references
  • Manage key enterprise accounts end-to-end — from qualification to close
  • Forecast accurately and report weekly to leadership
  • Represent GajShield at regional events, customer meetings, and trade shows

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
  • 5–8 years of B2B technology sales experience
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Existing network of channel partners in Delhi / NCR
  • Cybersecurity, networking, or IT infrastructure sales background strongly preferred
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and account-management skills
  • Comfort with CRM tools and pipeline reporting discipline
  • Fluent English and Hindi; willing to travel across NCR
